you call to make a claim, be sure to have your
policy number at hand to help us serve you
better. If you have already filed a claim, and
would like an update on its status, please
contact the appropriate department
directly. All calls
should be directed towards the department in
which you are holding a policy. |
Many insurance companies
require that the insured call and report claims directly
to the Insurance Company and not through their
agent. Most companies will accept
calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please
remember that under the terms of your policy you are
required to do your best to protect your property and
minimize further damage or loss. In the
event that you do not currently do business with a
repair or restoration company, the following is a list
of some of the companies in the area that may be able to
assist you. |
